2010 started my business. I started this business to make money. I knew how to make this type of product. I saw a market for it and many people did not know about it here. I started selling small- to friends and family. I wanted to make dulce de leche here so more people would taste and know this product. It is extremely popular in Mexico.
This is my first business. I came to the US in 2001. I registered with the center in 2012, but did not get in at that time. I tried and tried and was finally able to get into the SVEDC programs a few years later. Through this turned my garage into a production space. Today, things are going well. I sell products in 7 different stores. And when my product is not found in store, individuals call me to look for it. It is incredibly significant to me.
