He never went out to look for a job but rather created his own job by selling food on the streets. Over his career he has enjoyed remarkable success. From food booths at the New Mexican State Fair in the 90's, to owning his own restaurants in the early 2000's. Founded in 2016, La Viña Food products has built on our father's reputation for high quality products and exceptional customer service. We continue to build on the original hot sauce recipe invented by our father back in 1989. Striving to connect families around the dinner table by bringing the flavor of Mexico straight into every meal.
