Renew Meals is fresh, high-protein meal prep made weekly right here in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque. Owners Vic and Rachel Romero started the company after Vic lost 20 pounds through his own meal prepping and wanted to help others do the same. Every meal is chef inspired, locally prepped, and built to fuel a healthy lifestyle, roughly 450 to 600 calories with 40 to 55 grams of protein each.

The menu rotates weekly with options like the Renew Power Bowl, Chipotle Burrito Bowl, Buffalo Ranch Chicken, Orange Sesame Beef, and more. Pick a plan that fits your week, from a 3 meal trial pack up to a 15 meal performance pack, plus add ons like protein burritos, smoothies, and energy bites. Order by Thursday at 10PM, then choose free pickup or local delivery. No prep, no stress, just real food made to keep you on track.
